With both experience in the SAPS and SANDF as a fulltime member Lt Col (ret) Wepener has extensive experience and qualifications to train and develop incumbents in the tactical domain through, Techniques, Tactics and Procedures. He is also a qualified Global Firearms Trainer Advanced Firearms Instructor, CQC instructor, Close Protection Officer instructor and various others. He is also a member of PSIRA with an A- Grading and Armed Response qualification. He has trained various international Police Units, Military Intelligence units and Tactical Units. He has also been involved in a few civilian companies, serving on the Board of Directors and has successfully concluded Strategic Management at Unisa Business School. He was regarded as a weapon specialist within the South African Police Service.

- Incident and crimes stats analysis and trends to identify risk areas and mitigate those risks by acting in a pro-active manner and through an extensive intelligence network of operatives. Note that these operatives will also target / probe appointed personnel to ensure unquestionable integrity.
- Training of Integrated response teams consisting of Armed Response officers, crimes scene investigators, handlers, and forensic investigators and auditors.
- Follow the correct arresting, recording and hand over of suspects to the SAPS in compliance to governing legislation through extensive training programmes.
- Protect the client’s assets and information, personnel vetting, vehicle enquiries.
- Maintaining order, even the ability to train and provide a standby section to conduct effective Crowd Management on site to contain public violence.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to those risks identified.
- Using technological solutions to combat crime incidents, losses and prevention of interruption of services.
- Armed escorts, when needed to protect precious and high value cargo.
